Savannah is our nutritionist & owner at The Living Hut.
Savannah has a Diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition. She also attended The University of the Fraser Valley's biology program and is a certified Reiki Practitioner.
Her specialty is digestive health, blood sugar regulation and brain health. Savannah believes in providing practical, compassionate, and evidence-based advice to help guide you through your health goals and concerns.
Matt is our in-house chef at The Living Hut.
Matt has 10+ years experience in the cooking industry and creating his own unique recipes. At The Living Hut he creates personalized recipes for clients and teaches clients basic cooking skills or builds on their existing knowledge. Matt believes that everyone should know how to cook because it is an invaluable skill that can not only save clients money but allow their creativity to shine.
